Page Footer

This feature allows you to insert the same content at the bottom (in the footer) of multiple pages at once.

Here's how to set it up:

1. From the Dashboard page, select the site you want to edit, then click 'Page Footer'.
2. Insert your footer text/images in the box provided and then check off the pages you would like it to appear on. When you're done, click 'Save'. If you want your footer to appear on all pages, check off the box by 'Show Footer'.

Important: If you add new pages to your site, by default they will not have the footer on them. You need to go back to the Footer editing page and check off the new page and save.

If I add a new page, will the footer show?

Any new pages default to not have your footer show. If you would like it to show, you need to go to the Footer editing page and check off the box by your new page to show your footer. Then, save.

When I view my shopping cart, how come the footer doesn't show up all the time?

If you have tracking code on a product page, the code to make this work conflicts with the code to make your footer show. As a result:

• if you add a product to your shopping cart where you have opted to have tracking code, the footer will not show.
• if you add a product to your shopping cart where you have opted to not have tracking code, the footer will show.
• if you go to a product page with tracking code and click on 'View Shopping Cart', the footer will not show.
• if you go to a product page without tracking code and click on 'View Shopping Cart', the footer will show.

Can I use code in my footer?

Yes. Your footer page works the same way as your regular text editing boxes. It will also give you the usual tools of whatever text editor you are on. For example, if you use the Easy Editor, you will see the editing toolbar with bold, italics, bullet list, etc. If you wish to add in code, set your text editor to the HTML Editor.
