My Pages

The My Pages section of your website allows you to easily edit and mass manage your website pages.

Overview

Edit Pages

This is the first page you see when you click the 'Edit Site' tab and it shows you a complete list of all the pages in your website, grouped according to whether they show in your menu or not.

These pages are displayed in the order they're shown in your menu. You can also sort them alphabetically by page name or type by clicking 'Pages' or 'Type'.

Beside each page you'll see the following links:

Edit
Takes you to the editor for that page.

Properties
Allows you to edit the page name, page URL, and to create/edit a password to activate password protection for that page. When password protection is enabled, visitors will be prompted to enter a password before viewing that page's content.

To mass manage your page URLs or passwords , click the 'Bulk Edit' links beside these features.

NOTE: If the same password is applied to multiple pages and that password is entered by a visitor on one of the pages, they will be able to see all the pages protected by the same password. Password protected pages are not secure, so sensitive information such as credit card numbers should not be displayed on password protected pages.

To delete pages, click the red 'X' under 'Delete'.

You can also select your text editor on the right of this page, as well as view the number of visitors to your site.

NOTE: The counter counts every visit to your site, including your own.

Organize Menu

This page allows you to select and organizes the pages that appear in your website's menu (a.k.a. index).Pages shown in your menu are listed on the left; the rest of your site pages are listed on the right.

To show or hide pages from your menu, just move them left or right by clicking the arrows.
To sort your menu pages, all you have to do is drag and drop them up or down.

Page Footers

This feature allows you to insert the same content at the bottom (in the footer) of multiple pages at once.

Insert your footer text/images in the box provided, then check off the pages you would like it to appear on. When you are done, click 'Save'. If you want your footer to appear on all pages, check off the box by 'Show Footer' .

IMPORTANT: If you add new pages to your site, by default they will not have the footer on them. You need to go back to the Footer editing page and check the new page and save.
